We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. i did dialog bubbles by doing them up in Microsoft Word, printing them out, cutting them out (with scissors! oh yes!!), then pasting them to my comic, THEN rescanning the whole thing....lol....
i really need to figure out how to use GIMP properly, until then, i'm the queen of work-arounds!!
