One of the most disappointing tings about Snape being dead is we didn't get to see him address the surving graduating class (and mock Harry, Ron and Hermoine for being drop-outs)

Wonderful speech!
And by all means, I would definitely prefer those short, honest and sarcastic words than that icky "Your life awaits you"-shit my headmaster will come up with once I graduate this year. Not to mention it would be utterly boring.
But maybe those without a darker kind of humor wouldn't appreciate it. :/

I also wanted to mention that I found your comics just recently and think they are amazing!
You have a very cute style and a great way of expressing your ideas in words, facial expressions and gestures.
I'm becoming a fan! :3

Definitely. I think speeches like this a preferable to long, boring happy ones. They come up all the time, someone must like them.

Snape is an amazing motivational speaker. He should start doing it professionally during the summer. (I was going to suggest quit teaching and become a motivational speaker, but he is a vital part of shaping the young minds of tomorrow.)
