Since the first Thor movie, Loki's hair has grown more then Thor's and we don't have a comparison for Malekith as this is his first appearance in the movies.
However my picture is for who has the longest hair, and in Thor 2 it's Malekith first, then Thor, and Loki last with the shortest.
